Hello and welcome to my little corner of the internet!

This space [Sweet Tucker] was originally created as an online travel journal, but quickly progressed to a cooking blog. The name ‘Sweet Tucker’ is a play on words, as ‘tucker’ is a common Australian word for ‘food’, and was also my surname for many years!

You will find that much of my baking is vegan and gluten-free. This is not because I or my family eat this way; it is more because the friends that I share my baking with need allergy-friendly treats. As a result, you will find recipes to suit a range of diets on this site.

It gives me great pleasure to write and share stories and recipes here, and it is my hope that you and others will enjoy them too.
