Gluten-free Whole Grain Chia Bread


Minimum order: 2 loaves

This bread is almost the complete opposite of most commercially made gluten-free breads – wonderfully substantial (it won’t ‘dissolve’ in your mouth), moist and flavoursome without containing any gums.



Ingredients: sorghum flour, millet flour, brown rice flour, sweet (glutinous) rice flour, fine polenta, salt, water, instant dried yeast, rice malt syrup, olive oil, psyllium husks, chia seeds, sesame seeds
